Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager and marketing team in implementation, planning, and execution of brand message across all marketing platforms. 

Conceive, create and develop a diversity of marketing efforts to include (but not limited to) marketing campaigns, social media and other channels, to grow and advance the brand through the visual design and execution of all communication elements and projects from start to finish.


  • Print and Online Advertising/Marketing ROI: analysis on advertising and marketing initiatives
  • Achieve digital marketing standards: create compelling marketing tools, understand different audiences for each marketing piece, incorporate SEO best practices, driving click thru rates and length of time on eCommerce site and growing eCommerce sales
  • Obtain Social Media objectives: social media brand development, engagement, lifestyle creation and blog writing, directly linking the growth of social media to the eCommerce growth in sales and website visit duration
  • Achieve multi marketing creative initiatives: develop cross promotional marketing creative, develop marketing pieces for all lines of business, develop marketing tools that are brand interchangeable
  • Provide analytical research: detailed analytical reporting on marketing, advertising, social media, web analytics, e-blast, conversion, click thru, etc 



  • Design: create print advertising, create online marketing, trend reports, marketing trend reports, new product packets and look books
  • Social Media: Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Polyvore, YouTube and Twitter. Ability to write succinct convincing copy for social media and blog 
  • eCommerce Tools: Experience with SEO, Key Words, eCommerce platforms, and email marketing programs

Experience and Knowledge

  • Bachelors degree with 2+ years full time experience in marketing
  • Previous experience in graphic design creation
  • Proven social media growth in engagement and conversion to sales
  • Understanding of eCommerce and how utilize the tools for the best eCommerce sales growth
  • Collaborative by nature, but can work independently with minimal direction and own initiative
  • Multitask in fast paced environment, nimble to change and open to direction when needed
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite: specifically InDesign and Photoshop
  • Technology Knowledge: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Polyvore, YouTube, Twitter, eMail Marketing Programs, Google Ad Words and Display Network 
  • Skilled photographer a plus
  • Intuitive with mobile device and MAC

Account Manager is responsible for planning, execution and selling across all wholesale selling platforms.  

Responsible for driving sales via Large Accounts, Showroom and Trade Show.  Growing Zenzii’s presence in the wholesale market and obtaining new large accounts while growing existing accounts.  Effectively managing showroom and trade show events.  Works closely with all divisions to execute needs.

Entrepreneurial spirit, enterprising ability to think globally and holistically while developing large account strategies.  Resourceful and disciplined with the capability to build business relationships.  Current established relationships with key buyers at leading department stores.


  • Effectively grow wholesale sales (showroom, tradeshow, large accounts, etc)
  • Actively build, develop and maintain relationships and long term commitments—both existing and new accounts
  • Grow quantity of qualified trade shows
  • Manage tradeshow logistics (comprehensive)
  • Manage sales team during shows and provide appropriate training
  • Fully understand the trends and be able to focus on current and future trends

  • Direct merchandising for showrooms and tradeshows, with appropriate merchandise mix
