PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES:
ZENZII uses United States Postal Service to ship all domestic orders within the 48 Continental United States. Our provided USPS shipping option is First Class Mail (3-7 Days). Shipping options offered for international shipping are International Priority and International First Class. Unfortunately, free shipping is not offered on international orders.
Order take up to 48 hours to process. Orders received before 3:00 PM EST begin processing the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST, begin processing the next business day. Orders over $50 that are eligible for Free Shipping are fulfilled and shipped within 2 days by First Class Mail.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Packages can be tracked through the USPS website using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. This email is sent once your order has been fully processed.
FREE SHIPPING
Free First Class Mail shipping is offered for all purchases over $50 via USPS.
RETURNS
To return an item, please completely fill out the ZENZII Return Authorization form and submit it to myreturn@zenzii.com for approval. A ZENZII Returns Department Representative will contact you regarding the status of your return authorization (RA) form via email. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid United States Postal Service shipping label the items to be returned. Please securely pack your merchandise intend for return and affix the pre-address and pre-paid label to your return package. Mail your return package at any US Postal Service mail carrier.
