 Placing Orders

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email at time of purchase. Once the order has been fully processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept payment online via credit or debt card. The following cards are accepted:

- America Express

- Visa

- MasterCard

- Discover

How do I cancel or change my order?

Orders that have not been fully processed can be cancelled by calling the ZENZII Customer Service Department at 888.552.2323.

 

Shipping

What carrier is used to ship my order?

ZENZII uses United States Postal Service to ship all domestic orders for the 48 Continental United States. USPS shipping options are Priority Mail (2-3 Days) and Express Mail (1 Day) for an additional charge.

Is shipping outside of the United States Offered?

Yes, Zenzii does ship outside of the United States. Shipping options offered for international shipping are International Priority and International First Class. Unfortunately, free shipping is not offered on international orders.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Our Standard Shipping method is USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day).  If you need it sooner, the other Expedited Shipping option is Express Mail (1 day). Expedited shipping is offered through USPS only at an additional cost.

Can you ship to PO boxes?

Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

How can I track my order?

Packages can be tracked thru the USPS website using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. This email is sent once your order has been fully processed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free priority mail shipping is offered for all purchases over $50 via USPS.

 

Returns

Are returns accepted?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly provide a full refund or store credit for any non-discounted, unworn items in their original packaging with ZENZII tags attached, within 30 days of the ship date.

Can I exchange a received item for a different accessory?

We can only provide exchanges for the same item.

What is the return shipping process?

Zenzii will provide free shipping for all national returns within the 48 Continental United States. To receive your prepaid shipping label completely fill out the ZENZII Return Authorization form and submit it to myreturn@zenzii.com. The ZENZII Return Authorization Form can be found under the “Return Policy” tab or by clicking here.

A ZENZII Returns Department Representative will contact you regarding the status of your return authorization (RA) form via email. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid United States Postal Service shipping label for which to return the items. Please securely pack your merchandise intend for return and affix the pre-address and pre-paid label to your return package. Mail your return package at any US Postal Service mail carrier.

What is the return process for international orders?

All international order must first receive an approval code from the Zenzii Returns Department prior to shipping. To receive your approval code, completely fill out the ZENZII Return Authorization form and submit it to myreturn@zenzii.com. The ZENZII Return Authorization Form can be found under the “Return Policy” tab or by clicking here.

We do not offer free shipping on international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties taxes and fees.

To return your order, please include the original receipt and approval code. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.

Can I return a sale or promotional item?

Discounted items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE only and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 30 days from the ship date to return your non-discounted unworn ZENZII jewelry.

How long does it take to get a refund?

You will receive an email notification from the ZENZII returns department once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and an additional 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Jewelry Care

What materials are used in the jewelry?

All ZENZII jewelry is Hypoallergenic.

How can I take care of jewelry? 

We want you to enjoy your ZENZII fashion jewelry goodies to the fullest. Follow the care instructions below to insure a long life of bold style and beauty for your ZENZII jewels!

1. After a long day of glamour, make sure to use a soft cloth to wipe off body oils after wearing your jewelry to keep everything nice and shiny.

2. Included in each order is a free velvet ZENZII pouch. Store your jewelry in the included pouch after wear to avoid scratches or tangles.

3. Treat your ZENZII jewels with a little TLC. Avoid contact with liquids: water, lotion, hairspray, perfume cleaning products.
