Operations & Business Development Intern

POSITION SUMMARY

The business side of fashion is your driver.  Sales, forecasts, product analysis are all the items that drive your fashion world.  You will provide support, represent the brand in the showroom and be able to communicate clearly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Sales experience is key
  • Research and informing key strategies from context
  • Technology Tools:  analytic analysis, data interpretation and algorithm understanding
  • Technology Skills:  Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working with the ZENZII team on logistics, inventory and opportunities

Customer & Admin Intern

POSITION SUMMARY

Our Customer Service Team keeps the company running.  No is not a word they utilize.  Working as a well-oiled machine is their strength.  No two days are the same and you will learn the fundamentals for business function and administration. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Data entry, order implementation and email correspondence
  • Organization and Communication are key
  • Product fulfillment:  all aspects of logistics
  • Working with wholesale or retail customers via phone or email—you may be their only interaction and how you work with the customer is key
  • Technology Skills:  Microsoft Word and Excel, email

Graphic Design Intern

POSITION SUMMARY

We are a visual brand and how we look is key!  A visual message is being conveyed to our customers and the ability to work with our team on design from creation to production is key.  While working with the marketing team you will work on design projects, have an opportunity to assist on photo shoots and video skills are a plus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Understand the fundamentals designs for both web and print
  • Photoshop and Indesign are key, preferably with MAC
  • Fashion focus on graphic design
  • Ability to execute product styling in the graphic medium

POSITION SUMMARY

Our sales come from our e-commerce websites.  Growing sales and brand awareness is key.  You will understand how marketing conveys the message and how to develop a brand.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Understand online marketing channels:  email, social and paid advertising
  • Research is key:  customer management research, data collection and more
  • Technology Tools:  analytic analysis, data interpretation and algorithm understanding
  • Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Promoted Pins and Facebook Boosts are key tools
  • Social Media skills:  Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Polyvore, You Tube, Blog

Photographer Intern

POSITION SUMMARY

Ability to light, shoot and edit product images for fashion accessory ecommerce site.  Other stylized images will be shot for websites, e-mail blasts and other marketing tools

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Understand the fundamentals of product photography for marketing and e-commerce
  • Follow guidelines on studio lighting, color balance, exposure and composition
  • Produce digital images that are with in guidelines for minimal editing and retouching
  • Appropriate lighting to capture features, benefits and uniqueness of each product
  • Ability to execute product styling guidelines delegated via the Marketing team
