PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES:
Order take up to 48 hours to process. Orders received before 3 pm EST begin processing the same day.
Orders received after 3 pm, begin processing the next business day.
SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
ZENZII uses United States Postal Service to ship all domestic orders within
the 48 Continental United States. Our provided USPS shipping option are:
-First-Class Mail (3-7 Days)
-Priority Mail (1-3 Days)
-Priority Mail Express (1 Day)
-Shipping options offered for international shipping are International Priority and International First Class.
Unfortunately, free shipping is not offered on international orders.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
We only offer expedited shipping via UPS within the continental United States.
We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver.
We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or other issues on behalf of the mail carrier.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Packages can be tracked thru the USPS website using the tracking number provided
in the shipping confirmation email. This email is sent once your order has been fully processed.
RETURNS
To return an item, please Click this link
A ZENZII Returns Department Representative will contact you
regarding the status of your return authorization (RA)
form via email. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid
United States Postal Service shipping label the items to be returned.
Please securely pack your merchandise intend for return and
affix the pre-address and pre-paid label to your return package.
Mail your return package at any US Postal Service mail carrier.
